David founded Pad Recruitment in 2021, after working in the property, and architecture industry for over a decade. Within this period, David has held positions in top tier architecture practices and worked across studio practices in Brisbane, Sydney and the Gold Coast. In practice he has actively worked in design roles on  commercial and residential projects, and business development co-ordination at local and national levels. This exposure has become a foundation to understanding the "business of practice" and being able to effectively communicate and collaborate with business owners, CEOs, Principals, Senior and Support staff.

Additionally, David has managed mixed-use portfolios for developers and investors. This involved commercial property and facilities management, acquisitions, leasing, selling and maintaining a healthy and established asset portfolio for astute business owners and entrepreneurs.

 

This valuable cross sector hands on experience, has allowed him to identify and relate to specific roles that his clients are looking to fill.
